Cancellation

We schedule our appointments so that each patient receives the right amount of time to be seen by our physician and staff. That is why it is very important that you keep your scheduled appointment with us and arrive on-time. As a courtesy and to help patients remember their scheduled appointments, Renovus Medical Spa calls to remind patients of their appointments. If you cannot keep your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so that we may reschedule you and accommodate those patients who are waiting for an appointment. If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, we may assess a $50 “no-show” service charge to your account. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients.

 

Appointments

Since popular times fill up quickly, we encourage you to book your appointments a few weeks in advance to ensure you get the day and time you want. If you are a new patient with us, we recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out the necessary paperwork.

 

Consultations

Every client is offered a complimentary consultation and skin analysis with one of our expert practitioners. Our consultations include an in-depth education about your skin, a comprehensive discussion about all the options available to you along with the benefits and risks associated with each, and a clear recommendation of action. We believe an informed patient with realistic expectations will be most satisfied with our treatments and results.

 

Refund

Renovus Medical Spa offers a 7-day, full-refund for unopened purchased products.
